At Artsy Silver, quality always comes first. Each piece is made from 925 sterling silver, handcrafted with love, and designed to shine with you for years. For extra peace of mind, we offer a 3-month repair warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. Your jewelry is in good hands always.

Even after your 3-month warranty ends, we’re still here for you. Repairs and maintenance are available for a small fee, based on your piece’s condition.

Please note: The warranty does not cover misuse, damage, or loss.

Return & Exchange Policies
  • We offer easy returns & exchange within 14 days after the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return & exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • In case of any missing part of the products or the packaging, the courier can not pick up the items from your side
  • In case of refunding for no reason or just changing your mind, the order can be returned but subjected to return fees to be paid by the customer.
  • In case of a manufacturing fault and the item cannot be replaced or mended you get a full free refund within 2-4 working days from the request.
  • In case of paying online through a debit or credit card, the amount will be transferred within 7-14 days according to your bank.
  • For COD orders exceeding 2k,refunds will be processed through online banking.
